֍ All our sales are "Final" and "Non-refundable". Since all our items are custom made; "We are here to Help" in case our product is not what you purchase from us.  You can contact us if you have any issues so we can find a way to make your Etsy experience 100% positive!
֍ We cannot offer "Returns"  because the following reasons:
- Customer chooses the wrong item, font style, provided wrong name/last name/message and/or any wrong information prior customization.
- Personal reasons such as changed their mind or personal taste.
- Product arrived late due to courier company.
- Order arrived damaged or got lost in transit. If any of these circumstances happen, customer need to file a claim directly to the courier company. However, we would like to be informed about the issue for us to be able to offer all our available help in this case.

֍ We gladly send you a new item if:
- We made a mistake on the name, last name, message or design (send us a message within 30 days with some picture(s) for visual purposes; and we'll process your request and replace if applies).

֍ This is a physical product, and this item will be either shipped to you by mail or picked up at your wood shop located in Miami, Florida.

֍ If your order arrived damage or got lost in transit, customer needs to file a claim directly to the courier company. However, we would like to be informed about the issue for us to be able to offer all our available help in this case.

֍ We ask you to please "Do not claim the design as your own". We dedicate lots of time creating unique and attractive designs for all our customers. We love to be valued as creative designers and we like to be respected as.
֍ No attribution is needed; however, tags and shout outs are always appreciated. Positive reviews are always helpful and we would love to see your feedback about supporting our small business, so please share!
